Knowing God | Almighty God’s Utterance “Only Experiencing God’s Work Is Truly Believing in God”

Almighty God says, “When Jesus came among men, he did many works. But he only accomplished the work of redeeming all mankind and was only man’s sin offering, and he did not rid men of all their corrupt disposition. To completely save men from satan’s power, it not only requires Jesus to be the sin offering to bear men’s sins, but also requires God to do a greater work to completely rid men of their disposition corrupted by satan. So, after men’s sins were forgiven, God has again returned in the flesh to lead men into the new age and begin the work of chastisement and judgment. This work has brought mankind into a higher state. All those who submit under his authority will enjoy higher truth, receive greater blessings, truly live in the light, and receive the truth, the way, and the life.”

What is the relationship between God’s work and the Bible? Which comes first, God’s work or the Bible?

What is the relationship between God’s work and the Bible? Which comes first, God’s work or the Bible?

The answer from God’s word:

The Bible is only a record of the history of God’s work and only a testimony of the first two stages of God’s work. You cannot understand from the Bible the purpose of God’s work. Those who read the Bible all know that what the Bible records is the two stages of God’s work in the Age of the Law and the Age of the Grace. What the Old Testament records is the history of Israel; it records how Jehovah worked from the creation of the world to the end of the Age of the Law. The New Testament records Jesus’ work on earth, which is in the four Gospels, and records Paul’s work. Aren’t all these records of history?By reading the Bible, you can at most know something about the history of Israel, know the life of Abraham, the life of David, and the life of Moses, and know how they feared Jehovah and how Jehovah burned those who resisted him and how he spoke to the people of that age. You can only know about God’s past works. The record of the Bible is about how the Israelites feared God and lived their life under the leading of Jehovah at that time. As the Israelites were God’s chosen people, in the Old Testament you can see the faithfulness of the people of Israel to Jehovah and see that all those who obeyed Jehovah had Jehovah’s care and blessings, and you can know that when God worked in Israel, he was full of mercy and lovingkindness and had burning fire, and that the whole nation of Israel feared Jehovah and thus the whole nation was blessed by God. This is the history of Israel recorded in the Old Testament.”
